She voluntarily offers her services to all the Junior Jacaranda candidates (young girls aged 11-14) on a special "pampering" day to teach them all skincare and make-up techniques. Then she backs up and does their make-ups for them before they enjoy having some professional portraits taken. The time that Debbie and Kelly spend with the girls does a lot for their self-confidence and self-esteem. Debbie is indeed an expert in her career path and is never happy unless a job is 100% perfect. Her work is invaluable for the Junior Jacaranda Queen Quest".
